Return Policy:

Any item purchased at A Loja do Gato Preto’s website that does not completely satisfy our customers and has not been used, is still complete and keeps its original packaging, can be returned within 14 days from the date of the order delivery.

The product can be delivered in any of our shops of the country where the order was made, which will start the Refund Request process. You can also return the product to our warehouse, properly packaged in its original packaging (address on the Return Instructions). In this case, the client must inform our Costumer Service through the email online@alojadogatopreto.com

After receiving the request and product verification, the return process will be completed and we will refund the customer for the amount paid for the product(s), through the same method in which the payment was made.

Return Instructions
1 – Fulfill this document marking the article(s) you want to return and indicating the quantity (1st and 2nd column);
2 – Pack the merchandise and attach this return document along with the purchase invoice;
3 – Return the article(s) through one of the following ways:

a) Go to any of A Loja do Gato Preto's store of  the country where you made the purchase, with the product(s) you want to return along with the return document and the purchase invoice (the store will start the Refund Request Process);

b) You may send the package along with this return document and the purchase invoice to our warehouse, through the means of transport that you prefer (delivery fees should be payed by the client) to our warehouse address: DHL Supply Chain, Plataforma Logística de Palmela 6, Quinta da Marquesa, 2950-677 Quinta do Anjo, Portugal.

In case of offers’ return, the refund will be made to the credit card owner.
